Visit the following link https://subscribe.wildtvplus.ca/forgot-password. A password reset email will be sent to your inbox.

Login using the original device you signed up on. If you cannot recall which device, please reach out to us at wildtvplus@wildtv.ca so we can assist.

If you subscribed through our website:

  • Log into your account > Setting > Manage Account > Subscriptions > Cancel.
  • If you experience any issues, contact us at wildtvplus@wildtv.ca & let us know where you signed up so we can assist with your cancellation.

If you Subscribed on an Android Device:

  • On Android (Phone/Tablet):
    • Open the Google Play Store
    • Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
    • Find the app and check its status
  • On a Web Browser:
    • Visit my.roku.com and sign in
    • Go to Manage Subscriptions
    • Select the subscription and choose Cancel or Turn off auto-renew
    • Confirm cancellation if prompted

If you subscribed on Roku:

  • Log into your account > Setting > Manage Account > Subscriptions > Cancel.
  • If you experience any issues, contact us at wildtvplus@wildtv.ca & let us know where you signed up so we can assist with your cancellation.

If you Subscribed on an Apple Device

  • From iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro:
    • Open Settings > Tap your name > Subscriptions
    • Select the subscription > Tap Cancel Subscription
  • On a Mac
    • Open the App Store > Click your name > Account Settings
    • Under Subscriptions, click Manage
    • Choose the subscription > Click Cancel Subscription
    • If no Cancel button appears, it’s already cancelled

Auto-renew is always turned on so if it didn’t work, it means you cancelled your subscription. Double check platform you subscribed with. Please reach out if you're still having problems wildtvplus@wildtv.ca.
