Auto-renew is always turned on so if it didn’t work, it means you cancelled your subscription. Double check platform you subscribed with. Please reach out if you're still having problems wildtvplus@wildtv.ca.

Yes. Our host, pay.alteox, is a secure link. We also use Stripe to ensure security is maintained.

You can redeem a code on the subscription's checkout page, currently only available on wildtvplus.ca.

• Enter your name & email address.
• Select a monthly or yearly plan
• Add your payment details, type in the correct promo code, and then click on Apply.

If the code was for a free or subscription, you will be able to complete the purchase and watch it immediately. If the code was for a discount, you will need to enter your payment info to complete the payment.

*If your promo code was a free monthly subscription, you must select monthly, otherwise you will get charged.

Gift Subscriptions are available by emailing wildtvplus@wildtv.ca with the request, you will need to provide the email of the person you want to gift to.

If you subscribed through an app store (Apple, Google, Roku, etc.), you can update your payment details directly in your account settings within that store. If you subscribed via our website, please email wildtvplus@wildtv.ca to request a secure payment update link.

Your subscription will be charged on the same date each month, following your 7-day free trial. For example, if you subscribe on March 15th, your free trial will end on March 22nd, and your first payment will be charged on April 22nd.

You can add to your watchlist on TV apps. Simply click the + sign beside the video or show you have selected to watch it later. Your Watchlist will appear on the main page after you have videos saved so you can access and watch quickly.
